7. Code of conduct for the changing rooms

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE CHANGING ROOMS

Reigate Lawn Tennis Club (“the Club”) is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all of its members.

You are expected to abide by the following code of conduct when using the Club’s changing rooms (as required by the Club’s insurance package provided through the LTA):

Mobile phones, cameras and other recording devices

Mobile phones, cameras and other recording devices must not be used in the changing rooms.

Shared space

Ideally, adults and children should not use the changing rooms at the same time so members are encouraged to come ready changed. If it is unavoidable, please cover up appropriately, especially when leaving the shower areas.

Supervision of children

Parents and carers are responsible for the supervision of children under the age of 11 years in the changing rooms.

In the absence of a parent or carer, children under the age of 11 years in the changing rooms should be supervised by an appropriately qualified person.

Bullying and fighting

The Club will not tolerate bullying or fighting wherever it may happen on the Club premises (including the changing rooms). Instances of this will be dealt with by disciplinary action and possible expulsion from the Club.
