Free padel play has been available to all members since opening on the 16th July and we hope you have taken the opportunity to have a go. You have until the end of the month to experience padel before the courts are available to paid padel members only. Full details of free play and coaching sessions can be found here.

Padel Membership opens up for existing tennis playing members aged 11 & over at 09.00am Monday 29th July.

In addition to your existing membership, padel membership will be priced as follows for August 2024 to March 2025:

Current Adult Tennis Member (26+) £120
Current Young Member (11-25 years) £80

Sign Up Procedure

1. After 9.00 on Monday 29th July, send an email to the following address - membership@reigateltc.org.uk. Emails received before this time will not be processed.
2. Provide full names of the eligible tennis members you wish to pay for and the Padel membership option for each: a) Full (aged 26 and above on 1/4/24) OR b) Young (aged 11-25 on 1/4/24)
3. We will assign the membership product/s and send a Request to Pay to the person nominated to pay (only).
4. Once you have received the request, please log into our website and go to the Shop, where you should find the assigned Product/s.
5. Click on “Buy” and you should see the name of each member you have been assigned to pay for. Click “Pay Now”.
6. You will be asked to abide by the “Padel Court Times” and “Padel Court Booking” rules (see below). Please Click Yes to each and press Continue.
7. At the checkout please confirm payment method and click “Pay”.
8. Payment will be accepted by debit or credit card.
9. You will receive an automated Confirmation of Payment/s.
10. You will need to repeat this for each person you are paying for.
11. We will also send you a Welcome to Padel Membership email with a plethora of information.

IMPORTANT
No emails requesting Padel membership received before 09.00am on 29th July will be processed.
Only emails sent to membership@reigateltc.org.uk will be valid.
Membership is based on first come, first served. All emails will be time stamped.
Payment must be paid within 48 hours of your email request, otherwise your place will be released and assigned to the next person on the waiting list.

We are expecting a deluge of padel membership requests, so will not be able to answer any queries sent with tennis membership requests.

“Padel Court Times” – you agree that to only use the padel courts from 8am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and from 9am to 5pm Sunday and Bank Holidays. Last entry to the courts will be 8pm and 4 pm respectively.

You must vacate the courts by 9pm and 5pm respectively – even if your matches are not complete. (Play Faster!)

“Padel Court Booking” – you agree that you will only book a padel court for a maximum of 1 hour a day.

Padel courts key fob entry system – will be added to the padel courts over the summer and access to the padel courts will be assigned to padel members key fobs. If you have an existing key fob, we will need to extend your access, if you do not have a key fob please request one; if you have lost your key fob, please pay for a replacement here , once your padel membership is confirmed.
